PARCR Meeting Procedures

The PARCR Executive Committee and the Task Force subcommittee have developed the format for our virtual Zoom Quarterly Meeting which will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2020. Community Delegates and Individual Members will be sent an Invitation Notice and Agenda which will outline the registration process and the highlights of the meetings program and agenda.

The meeting will begin at 10:00 AM and run approximately 1½ hours. The focus of the meeting will be the presentation “Technology Trends in CCRCs” by our speaker, Corey Miller, Director of Information Services at Cross Keys Village. Corey’s presentation will be followed by a brief Q&A session. We will have an update from Anne Henry of LeadingAge PA also followed by a brief Q&A session.

IMPORTANT DETAIL: The Delegates and Individual Members who register by the deadline date will be sent the link to enter and participate in the meeting. As participants are welcomed into the meeting, their attendance will be monitored, and the membership roll will be taken. If a name does not appear on the membership/registration list, an individual will not be permitted to participate in the meeting.

It is the delegates’ responsibility to share information gathered at the PARCR meetings with their residents following each meeting and receipt of special bulletins. Individual residents of a community who wish to become a part of PARCR are encouraged to join the organization with an Individual Membership of $20. An application form is available on the PARCR website, www.parcr.org.

Thank you for your interest and participation in the offerings that PARCR provides for your community. You are an important liaison between PARCR and your community. Participants will be sent a survey which will help the Executive Committee in planning future meetings.
