Dear PARCR Community Member, On this page you will find your Membership Renewal Form for the 2015-2016 membership year. The fiscal year of PARCR is July 1 to June 30.
I would like to point out that the community membership of $60 includes the president/chair of the community’s Resident Council/Association and two paid delegate positions. PARCR's executive board trusts that the two paid delegate memberships will be given to residents who will represent the community at the PARCR meetings and serve as the contacts with PARCR for your community. Our goal is to foster a close relationship with your Council/Association so that the information gleaned at our meetings will be shared with and used to enrich your organization and community. Please note that we ask you to indicate the term of office that the President will serve. This allows our Membership Chair to note that information in the file. We would appreciate notification of the changes of officers and delegates as they occur in your community.
Please provide us with the names of your president/chair and the delegates along with their address, email address, and phone number to aid us in communicating with them. This will allow us to send information to your organization, such as meeting notices, agendas, and other pertinent meeting information and legislative news over the coming year.
A separate membership form is provided for individual memberships. Residents of your community are invited and welcome to join PARCR and accompany your delegates to the meetings. Individual members receive the notices of the meetings and communications that are also shared with the community contacts.
